Rome and Milan are among the cities in the world with the highest number of hours lost in traffic. Rome is in second place with 254 hours while it heads Bogota, the capital of Colombia with 272 hours. Dublin (Ireland) is the third country in the world to spend 246 hours in traffic, followed by Paris with 237 hours and London with 227 hours. While for other Italian cities, according to Inrix's report, Florence is in 15th place with 195 hours lost in traffic, Napoli is 17th with 186 hours, Turin is 22nd with 167, Genova is 46th With 148 hours and Bologna is 47th with 147 hours. The situation is better in Bari (71 and 133 hours lost), and Palermo (83rd with 119 hours lost). Environmental expert Rodion Gjoka said that from a Co-PLAN monitoring, Tirana citizens lose 200 hours of traffic, which translates to 230 liters more fuel per year and 400,000 more leks more per year.
